In september when i started my second year of A-levels, we were given a project in graphics to create something to do with Passions and Obsessions. We were allowed to do our own passions and obsessions. So i went in the direction of illustrating all things vintage. The final result was this. I am really happy with how this turned out and had a lot of fun with playing around with all the cameras.
I found this really cool shop website, filled with lovely vintage notebooks, stationary and prints. It’s called Present & Correct. Here are some of my favourite hoever there are many many more awesome things. Go have a look.
A book printed through a printing chain made of four desktop printers using four different colors and technologies dated from 1880 to 1976. A production process that brings together small scale and large scale production, two sides of the same history.
- MAGENTA (Stencil duplicator, 1880)
- CYAN (Spirit duplicator, 1923)
- BLACK (Laser printer, 1969)
- YELLOW (Inkjet printer, 1976)
Cool.
I love this old Kellogs box from the Michigan Historical Museum.
