I don’t even have to explain why i love this so much.
I love the work of Adam Hancher. I came across it a couple of weeks ago when he made a new portfolio site. His many colour screen prints have that effect on me. I love the whole quirky nature of it as well. I love his whole portfolio, but these three i found in particular really cool. Colours he chooses go together so well and show so much expression.
This is the awesome work of Ryan Brinkerhoff.
I have fallen in love with the work from Caleb Owen Everett.
My friend Bethan tweeted this video about an Illustrator called James Gulliver Hancock. I had never seen his work before but i like it, It definitely has that rough, hand drawn look i am into. I remember being about 13 and me and my friend Barny would do lots of quick pen illustrations of building landscapes.
I recently stumbled upon the Silver Screen Society… Some of the work on there is really great.
A blog featuring art and design inspired by a new film, every month, from a rotating list of creatives.
Some of the work on there is really great. This week was The Third Man
I have seen this around quite a bit, I like it. Done by the people at Beautiful Decay.
Me and my brother made a silk screen to print with today by using the steps above. We had a lot of fun with it and the end result was pretty good. This is my first ever screen-print and i am sure i will be making many more.
